欢迎您使用我们的产品和服务!您的信任对我们非常重要,我们深知个人信息对您的重要性,我们将按法律法规要求,采取相应安全保护措施,尽力保护您的个人信息安全可控。鉴于此,FCM平台服务提供者(北京福莱森特国际旅游有限公司及其关联公司,以下简称“我们”)根据相关法律法规的规定和我们与您的公司签订的《服务协议》之相关约定制定本《FCM个人信息保护政策》(下称“本政策” 或“本个人信息保护政策”),帮助您充分了解在您使用我们产品和服务的过程中,我们会如何收集、使用、共享、存储和保护您的个人信息以及您可以如何管理您的个人信息,以便您更好地作出适当的选择。
在使用FCM各项产品或服务前,请您务必仔细阅读并透彻理解本政策, 特别是以下划线/粗体下划线标识的条款,确保您充分理解和同意之后再开始使用。 本政策中涉及的专业词汇,我们尽量以简明通俗的表述向您解释,以便于您理解。如对本政策内容有任何疑问、意见或建议,您可通过FCM客服(北京+86 1058292929,上海+86 2122111888,广州+86 2081133900)或本个人信息保护政策文末的联系方式与我们联系。
您同意个人信息保护政策表示您已了解应用提供的功能,以及功能运行所需的必要个人信息,并给予相应的收集使用授权,但并不代表您已单独同意开启附加功能、处理非必要个人信息,相关附加功能的开启、处理非必要个人信息以及处理敏感个人信息,我们会根据您的实际使用情况单独征求您的同意。

一、适用范围
本政策适用于FCM平台服务提供者以网站、客户端、小程序以及随技术发展出现的新形态向您提供的各项产品和服务,适用的法律实体为北京福莱森特国际旅 游有限公司以及其在中华人民共和国境内的关联公司(以下统称“福莱森特”或“我们”)。我们就其向您提供的产品或服务单独设有个人信息保护政策的,则相应产品或服务适用相应个人信息保护政策。
除本政策说明的相关信息收集使用活动外,其他服务适用相应商旅内容提供商向您另行说明的个人信息收集使用规则。(例如,当您选择成为我们的商旅内容提供商的独立用户时,则此类商旅内容提供商对您的个人信息的使用应遵循其向您单独说明的个人信息保护政策或规则)。
二、信息收集及使用
在您使用我们的产品及/或服务时,我们需要/可能需要收集和使用的您的个人信息与敏感个人信息(下划线粗体),涉及如下两种情形:
1. 为实现向您提供我们产品及/或服务的基本功能,您须授权我们收集、使用对于我们提供产品及/或服务具有必要性的信息。如您拒绝提供相应信息,您将无法正常使用我们的产品及/或服务;
2. 为实现向您提供我们产品及/或服务的附加功能,您可选择授权我们收集、使用的信息。基于我们拟处理的个人信息对为您提供相关附加功能存在相当的必要, 如您拒绝提供,您将无法正常使用相关附加功能或无法达到我们拟达到的功能效果,但并不会影响您正常使用我们产品及/或服务的基本功能 。
您理解并同意:我们致力于打造多样的产品和服务以满足您的需求。 因我们向您提供的产品和服务种类众多,且不同用户选择使用的具体产品/服务范围存在差异,相应的,基本/附加功能及收集使用的个人信息类型、范围会有所区别,请以具体的产品/服务功能为准 。
在此过程中,如果您有任何疑问、意见或建议的,您可通过FCM平台提供的各种联系方式与我们联系,我们会尽快为您做出解答。
我们会为您提供的各项具体功能场景包括:
(一)帮助您成为我们的用户
1、 基础用户服务
我们通过FCM专门用户账户为您提供基础FCM商旅用户服务。为注册成为用户并使用我们商旅服务的用户服务,您需要提供手机号码或邮箱用于创建FCM商旅平台账户。由于FCM商旅平台仅对注册用户提供商旅服务,如果您不注册用户账号将无法使用我们的产品/服务。
2、附加用户服务
特别用户权益:如果您选择提供健康信息、与您的旅行安排有关的或相关旅行内容提供商(如航空公司和住宿或旅游供应商)要求提供的其他偏好信息,我们可为您提供更加个性化的用户服务。其中,为保证交易辨识度,您的昵称、头像将公开显示。
实名认证:您需要根据认证要求向我们提供相应的个人身份信息(身份证、护照)以完成实名认证。
(二)为您提供产品或服务信息展示
为向您展示产品或服务信息(包括您的访问足迹、历史搜索情况),我们会收集和使用您在访问或使用FCM网站或客户端时的浏览、搜索记录。我们会结合依法收集的设备信息、服务日志信息,以及其他取得您授权的信息,通过算法模型预测您的偏好特征,匹配您可能感兴趣的产品、服务或其他信息,并根据您点击、浏览或购买的情况,对向您展示的产品、服务或其他信息进行排序。 为满足您的多元需求,我们会在排序过程中引入多样化推荐技术,拓展推荐的内容,避免同类型内容过度集中。同时,该等信息会在获取您的单独同意后根据《服务协议》约定提供给您的公司,我们可能根据业务需求基于您的偏好特征在FCM及其他第三方应用程序向您推送您可能感兴趣的商业广告及其他信息,或者向您发送商业性短信。
基于上述需求,我们建议您可以通过以下措施调整适合您的隐私体验:
1 、如您要删除您的浏览和搜索记录,您可以在“我的-浏览历史”、“搜索框-搜索历史”中选择删除。
2 、如果您不再希望收到我们的促销/营销资料、参与市场调查或收到我们其他类型的信息,您可以根据电子邮件、短信息、彩信、苹果产品的即时消息或其他形式的电子营销方式中的“取消订阅”提示符来取消接收电子营销资料。
3、如您不想看到我们在首页给您推荐的产品或服务,您可以通过长按首页猜你喜欢部分产品或服务图片。
4 、如您想管理我们给您推送的个性化内容,您可以在“我的-设置-隐私”中进行设置。
为向您提供更便捷、更符合您个性化需求的信息展示、搜索及推送服务,我们会根据您的设备信息和您使用FCM的网站或客户端时的浏览使用信息,提取您的偏好特征,并基于特征标签产出间接人群画像,用于展示、推送信息和可能的商业广告。
(三)帮助您完成下单及订单管理
当您在FCM平台定制具体产品及/或服务时,我们会通过系统为您生成购买该产品及/或服务的订单。在下单过程中,您需至少提供您的联系人姓名及联系电话,同时该订单中会载明您所购买的产品及/或服务信息、具体订单号、订单创建时间、您应支付的金额,我们收集这些信息是为了帮助您顺利完成交易、保障您的交易安全、查询订单信息、提供客服与售后服务及其他我们明确告知的目的。
您可以通过FCM平台为他人订购产品及/或服务,您需要提供该实际订购人的前述个人信息。其中为儿童订购机票、火车票、汽车票、酒店及其他旅游产品或服务的,您需在订购前取得所涉及儿童的监护人授权同意。
为便于您了解查询订单信息并对订单信息进行管理,我们会收集您在使用我们服务过程中产生的订单信息用于向您展示及便于您对订单进行管理。
您可额外填写/选择包括其他联系电话在内的更多附加信息以确保产品或服务的准确送达。
另外,因旅游产品或服务的特殊性,您所选择的部分产品或服务,需要您进一步提交必要的信息才能完成预订,这些信息您需要自行填写,或者授权我们以其他方式帮助您完成信息录入,我们同时也提请您在具体预订过程中予以关注:
1 、在您预订国内机票(不含港澳台)时,您应至少提供乘机人姓名、证件类型、证件号码以及联系人姓名、手机号码和电子邮箱。在您预订国际及港澳台机票时,您应至少提供乘机人姓名、旅客类型、性别、出生日期、国籍、证件类型、证件有效期、证件签发国、电话号码、电子邮箱、工作单位、证件号码、总价、航司名称、航班号、舱位、出发日期和时间、到达日期和时间、出发机场、到达机场、航班里程以便FCM和FCM机票内容提供商依据各自职责,为您提供机票预订、信息通知及后续退改签服务。
2 、在您预订火车票时,您需要提供乘车人姓名、证件类型、证件号码、联系人姓名和手机号码。在您预订国际火车票时,您需要提供乘车人姓名、电话号码、证件类型、工作单位、证件号码、订单编号、取票单号、车次、坐席、出发城市、到达城市、出发日期和时间、到达日期和时间、总价以便FCM和FCM火车票内容提供商依据各自职责,为您提供火车票授权预订/代订、信息通知及后续退改签服务。在您选择实名认证“关联12306”时,您还需要提供12306账号用户名和密码。
3 、在您预订国内酒店(不含港澳台)时,您应至少提供入住人姓名和手机号码。在您预订国际及港澳台酒店时,您应至少提供入住人姓名、电话号码、电子邮箱、旅客类型、工作单位、下单日期、订单编号、总价、订单备注、酒店入住日期、酒店离店日期、酒店名称、酒店地址以便FCM和FCM酒店内容提供商依据各自职责,为您提供酒店预订、信息通知及后续退改服务。另外,由于一些境外酒店,不支持支付宝/微信支付,因此,需要您提供信用卡号、信用卡有效期、信用卡验证码,以便在酒店预订时进行担保或者支付使用。
4 、在您预订用车服务时,您应至少提供出用车人姓名、电话号码、用车日期和时间、用车结束日期和时间、租用车型,以便FCM和FCM租车内容提供商依据各自职责,为您提供用车服务。
5 、在您使用会奖旅游服务时,视不同的服务类型,您可能需要提供不同的信息类型,这些信息包括出发地、目的地、会议地、出行/会议日期、出行/参会人数、人均/会议预算、联系人及其手机号码。
其他需要您进一步提供必要信息才能完成产品或服务预订的,具体以预订流程中的提示或授权内容为准,请注意仔细阅读。
您在使用以上服务中提供的出行人信息、联系人信息、邮寄地址会自动存储为您的常用信息,您也可以将您提供的发票信息选择存为常用信息,以便您下次预订时可以直接选择使用,无需再次填写。您可以在FCM Mobile App-“我的”-“常用乘机人”/“个人信息”中随时查看和更新前述信息。
请注意,您在填写出行人或联系人信息时,为了减少您输入的麻烦,FCM可能会根据业务需要提供通过拍证件照录入信息的方式,如果您选择这种方式录入个人信息,FCM也会获取您或者其他您提供的出行人和/或联系人的证件信息。
如果您通过FCM为其他人预订产品或服务,您需要按照提示提供该实际出行人的信息。向FCM提供实际出行人/乘客的信息之前,您确保您已经取得实际出行人/乘客/本人的同意,并确保其已知晓并接受本个人信息保护政策。
(四)帮助您完成支付
如需完成订单支付,您需要在下单页面选择付款方式,我们会将您的FCM平台账户用户名、对应的支付宝或微信账户用户名、订单号、交易时间、交易对象、交易产品、订单交易金额、订单状态、订单安全相关设备信息及其他反洗钱法律要求的必要信息通过在应用程序中嵌入的支付宝或微信软件工具开发包(SDK)方式与支付宝或微信公司共享。如您选择由其他金融机构为您提供支付服务的,我们还会将您的包括银行卡号、卡有效期、开户人姓名信息在内的银行卡支付必要信息与您选择的相应金融机构共享。
您可以请求其他人为您付款,那么您需要提供代付人的支付宝或微信账户及/或手机号码。
为使我们及时获悉并确认您的支付进度及状态,为您提供售后与争议解决服务,您同意我们可自您所选择的交易对象、支付宝或微信公司或您选择的其他支付机构处收集与支付进度相关信息。
您可以查看您的FCM平台账户所绑定的支付宝或微信账户信息或申请更换绑定的支付宝或微信账户。
(五)帮助向您完成产品或服务的交付
如果您通过FCM平台购买的产品或者服务需要邮寄的(如发票、门票),为保证您购买的产品及/或服务能够顺利、安全、准确送达,我们会向为FCM提供物流信息系统和技术服务的上海顺丰物流有限公司披露订单相关配送信息,并由其根据产品及/或服务提供主体的指定向相应的物流配送主体同步相关配送信息。您知晓并同意相应物流配送主体不可避免地获知及使用您的配送信息,用于完成交付目的。
为使我们及时获悉并确认交付进度及状态,向您提供售后与争议解决服务,您同意我们可自物流相关服务主体处收集与交付进度相关信息。
(六)客服及争议处理
当您与我们联系或提出售中售后争议纠纷处理申请时,为了保障您的账户及系统安全,我们需要您提供必要的个人信息以核验您的用户身份。
为便于与您联系、尽快帮助您解决问题或记录相关问题的处理方案及结果,我们可能会保存您与我们的通信/通话记录及相关内容(包括账号信息、订单信息、您为了证明相关事实提供的其他信息,或您留下的联系方式信息)。如果您针对具体订单进行咨询、投诉或提供建议的,我们会使用您的账号信息和订单信息。
为了提供服务及改进服务质量的合理需要,我们还可能使用的您的其他信息,包括您与客服联系时您提供的相关信息,您参与问卷调查时向我们发送的问卷信息。
(七)为您提供安全保障
为提高您使用我们及我们关联公司、合作伙伴提供服务的安全性,保护您或其他用户或公众的人身财产安全免遭侵害,更好地预防钓鱼网站、欺诈、网络漏洞、计算机病毒、网络攻击、网络侵入风险,更准确地识别违反法律法规或FCM平台相关协议规则的情况,我们在应用程序中嵌入我们关联公司开发的应用安全SDK收集您的设备信息、服务日志信息,并可能使用或整合您的用户信息、交易信息、设备信息、有关网络日志以及我们关联公司、合作伙伴取得您授权或依据法律共享的信息(其中,我们可能会在应用后台运行期间收集MAC地址、IMEI及其他设备标识符进行风险校验),来综合判断您账户及交易风险、进行身份验证、检测及防范安全事件,并依法采取必要的记录、审计、分析、处置措施。
(八)其他用途
1、基于系统权限的附加服务
为向您提供更便捷、更优质、个性化的产品及/或服务,努力提升您的体验,我们在向您提供的以下附加服务中可能会收集和使用您的个人信息。 如果您不提供这些信息,不会影响您使用FCM平台的基本业务功能(基本业务功能所依赖的必要操作系统权限除外) ,但您可能无法获得这些附加服务给您带来的用户体验。您可在您的设备设置或FCM客户端“我的-设置-隐私—系统权限”中逐项查看上述权限的状态,并可自行决定这些权限随时的开启或关闭。

请您注意,您开启任一权限即代表您授权我们可以收集和使用相关个人信息来为您提供对应服务,您一旦关闭任一权限即代表您取消了授权,我们将不再基于对应权限继续收集和使用相关个人信息,也无法为您提供该权限所对应的服务。但是,您关闭权限的决定不会影响此前基于您的授权所进行的信息收集及使用。
2、我们如何使用 Cookie 和同类技术
Cookie 和同类设备信息标识技术是互联网中普遍使用的技术。当您使用我们的服务时,我们可能会使用相关技术向您的设备发送一个或多个 Cookie 或匿名标识符(以下简称“Cookie”),以收集、标识和存储您访问、使用本产品时的信息。我们承诺,不会将 Cookie 用于本个人信息保护政策所述目的之外的任何其他用途。我们使用 Cookie 主要为了保障产品与服务的安全、高效运转,可以使我们确认您账户与交易的安全状态,排查崩溃、延迟的相关异常情况,帮助您省去重复您填写表单、输入搜索内容的步骤和流程。
同时,我们可能会利用 Cookie 向您展示您可能感兴趣的信息或功能,并优化您对广告的选择。大多数浏览器均为用户提供了清除浏览器缓存数据的功能,您可以进行相应的数据清除操作,或可修改对Cookie的接受程度或拒绝我们的Cookie。您可能因为这些修改,无法使用依赖于Cookie的服务或相应功能。
(九)其他
1 、 若您提供的信息中含有其他用户的个人信息,在向FCM平台提供这些个人信息之前,您需确保您已经取得合法的授权。若其中涉及儿童个人信息的,您需在发布前取得对应儿童监护人的同意,前述情形下监护人有权通过本政策第八节的途径联系我们,要求更正或删除涉及儿童个人信息的内容。
2、若我们将信息用于本政策未载明的其他用途,或者将基于特定目的收集而来的信息用于其他目的,或者我们主动从第三方处获取您的个人信息,均会事先获得您的同意。
3、若我们从第三方处间接获取您的信息的,我们会在收集前明确以书面形式要求该第三方在已依法取得您同意后收集个人信息,并向您告知共享的信息内容,且涉及敏感信息的在提供给我们使用前需经过您的明确确认,要求第三方对个人信息来源的合法性和合规性做出承诺,如第三方有违反行为的,我们会明确要求对方承担相应法律责任;同时,我们的专业安全团队对个人信息会进行安全加固(包括敏感个人信息报备、敏感信息加密存储、访问权限控制)。我们会使用不低于我们对自身用户个人信息同等的保护手段与措施对间接获取的个人信息进行保护。
请知悉,根据适用的法律,若我们对个人信息采取技术措施和其他必要措施进行处理,使得数据接收方无法重新识别特定个人且不能复原,或我们可能会对收集的信息进行去标识化地研究、统计分析和预测,用于改善FCM平台的内容和布局,为商业决策提供产品或服务支撑,以及改进我们的产品和服务(包括使用匿名数据进行机器学习或模型算法训练),则此类处理后数据的使用无需另行向您通知并征得您的同意。
4、如我们停止运营FCM平台产品或服务,我们将及时停止继续收集您个人信息的活动,将停止运营的通知以逐一送达或公告的形式通知您,并对我们所持有的与已关停业务相关的个人信息进行删除或匿名化处理。涉及儿童个人信息的,我们会并将停止运营的通知及时告知儿童监护人。
三、对外提供信息
(一)共享
我们不会与FCM服务提供者以外的其他公司、组织和个人共享您的个人信息,但以下情况除外:
1 、为订立、履行您作为一方当事人的合同所必需的情况下的共享:您通过FCM购买产品、预订服务,我们会根据您的选择,将您的订单信息中与交易有关的必要信息与商旅内容提供商或者相关产品和服务的实际服务提供者共享来实现您向其购买产品或预订服务的需求,并促使其可以完成后续的售后服务。您可以在相关产品和服务的提供者从事经营活动的主页面查询其营业执照登载的信息或者其营业执照的电子链接标识,以辨别您的交易对象身份。
2、在获取您明确同意的情况下共享:获得您的明确同意后,我们会与其他方共享您的个人信息。
3、在法定情形下的共享:我们可能会根据法律法规规定、诉讼争议解决的必要,或按行政、司法机关依法提出的要求,以及其他法定义务履行的必需,共享您的个人信息。
4 、与关联公司间共享: 为便于我们基于FCM用户账户向您提供产品和服务,推荐您可能感兴趣的信息,识别用户账号异常,保护FCM关联公司或其他用户或公众的人身财产安全免遭侵害,您的个人信息可能会与我们的关联公司和/或其指定的商旅内容提供商共享。 我们只会共享必要的个人信息,且受本隐私权政策中所声明目的的约束,如果我们共享您的敏感个人信息或关联公司改变个人信息的使用及处理目的,将再次征求您的授权同意。
请注意,您在使用我们服务时自愿共享甚至公开分享的信息,可能会涉及您或他人的个人信息甚至敏感个人信息。请您更加谨慎地考虑并做出决定。

(二)委托处理
我们可能委托授权合作伙伴处理您的个人信息,以便授权合作伙伴代表我们为您提供某些服务或履行职能,我们仅会出于本政策声明的合法、正当、必要、特定、明确的目的委托其处理您的信息,授权合作伙伴只能接触到其履行职责所需信息, 且我们将会通过协议要求其不得将此信息用于其他任何超出委托范围的目的。如果授权合作伙伴将您的信息用于我们未委托的用途,其将单独征得您的同意。
目前,我们委托的授权合作伙伴包括以下类型:
1、供应商、商旅内容提供商和其他合作伙伴。我们将信息委托给支持我们业务的供应商、商旅内容提供商和其他合作伙伴,这些支持包括受我们委托提供的技术基础设施服务、分析我们服务的使用方式、提供客户服务、支付便利或进行问卷调查。
2、营销资料的出版商、印刷商和分销商;活动和展会组织者;市场营销、市场研究、研究分析和通信机构;邮递公司、货运服务、快递服务;外部商业顾问(如律师、会计师、审计员和招聘顾问)。
3 、当您委托我们代表您预订航班时,我们将向相关航空公司提供您的个人信息(即姓名、电子邮件地址和/或手机号码),以便航空公司能够直接向乘客告知航班非正常飞行和中断的情况(例如航班取消、时刻表更改)。
为保障我们移动应用的稳定运行、功能实现,使您能够使用和享受更多的服务及功能,我们的应用中会嵌入授权合作伙伴的软件工具开发包(SDK)或其他类似的应用程序。我们会对授权合作伙伴获取有关信息的应用程序接口(API)、软件工具开发包(SDK)进行严格的安全检测,并与授权合作伙伴约定严格的数据保护措施,令其按照本政策以及其他任何相关的保密和安全措施来处理个人信息。授权合作伙伴单独取得您同意的除外。
我们移动应用接入的第三方SDK详情请参见附录B。
(三)转让
如果我们因合并、分立、解散、被宣告破产的原因需要转移个人信息的,我们会向您告知接收方的名称或者姓名和联系方式。接收方将继续履行本政策及其他法定义务。接收方变更原先的处理目的、处理方式的,会重新取得您的同意。
(四)公开披露
我们仅会在以下情况下,公开披露您的个人信息:
1、基于您的主动选择及其他单独同意的情况下,我们可能会公开披露您的个人信息;
2 、如果我们确定您出现违反法律法规或严重违反FCM平台相关协议规则的情况,或为保护我们及我们关联公司用户或公众的人身财产安全免遭侵害,我们可能依据法律法规或FCM平台相关协议规则征得您同意的情况下披露关于您的个人信息,包括相关违规行为以及我们已对您采取的措施。
四、信息的存储
(一)存储的期限
我们只会在达成本政策所述目的所需的期限内保留您的个人信息,除非法律有强制的留存要求。 例如《中华人民共和国电子商务法》要求产品和服务信息、交易信息保存时间自交易完成之日起不少于三年。
我们判断个人信息的存储期限主要依据如下标准:
1、完成与您相关的交易目的、维护相应交易及业务记录,应对您可能的查询或投诉;
2、保证我们为您提供服务的安全和质量;
3、您是否同意更长的留存期间;
4、是否存在保留期限的其他特别约定或法律法规规定。
在您的个人信息超出保留期间后,我们会根据适用法律的要求删除您的个人信息,或匿名化处理。
(二)存储位置
我们在中华人民共和国境内运营中收集和产生的个人信息,存储在中国境内,以下情形中我们会在履行法律规定的义务后,向可能的境外接收方提供您的个人信息:
1、适用的法律有明确规定;
2、获得您就跨境传输作出的单独同意;
3、 您作为一方当事人主动通过FCM平台进行跨境交易(如购买国际机票、预订国际酒店)及其他类型的合同订立和履行所必需;
4、作为合同方履行服务的一部分,向您的雇主提供您旅行活动相关的报告,分析,商业智能仪表盘,包括商业旅行计划在内。
在上述情形下,我们会确保依据本政策以及相关法律法规保护您的个人信息安全。同时,我们将会按照中华人民共和国适用的法律法规及国家标准的要求,以合理的方式向您明示告知跨境传输所涉产品和或服务的境外接收方名称、联系方式、处理您个人信息的目的、方式和种类以及您向境外接收方行使您的权利的方式和程序等。例如,在您准备订购平台的部分境外产品/服务时,我们将会在本平台登录页面通过本政策以及《个人信息跨境传输同意函》以显著方式向您明示告知上述信息。同时,如您为我们的企业客户员工,我们将会应您所就职公司要求将您的个人信息向我们的境外总部传输,形成商旅管理报告以满足您所就职公司对企业商旅管理的要求,并在必要时就向境外提供您的个人信息事项征得您的单独同意。通常我们将在本平台登录页面通过本政策以及《个人信息跨境传输同意函》向您告知为您提供所订购服务的境外接收方的相关信息以及个人信息跨境传输详情。我们对您的个人信息发生的前述跨境传输全权负责,并严格遵循相关法律法规执行。在涉及上述个人跨境传输或访问的情况下,我们将按照本政策、《个人信息跨境传输同意函》以及其他相关的保密和安全措施来处理您的个人信息。
(三)存储安全
1、数据保护技术措施
我们已采取符合业界标准、合理可行的安全防护措施保护您的信息,防止个人信息遭到未经授权访问、公开披露、使用、修改、损坏或丢失。例如,在您的浏览器与服务器之间交换数据时受SSL协议加密保护;我们同时对FCM网站提供HTTPS协议安全浏览方式;我们会使用加密技术提高个人信息的安全性;我们会使用受信赖的保护机制防止个人信息遭到恶意攻击;我们会部署访问控制机制,尽力确保只有授权人员才可访问个人信息。我们的重要信息系统将通过网络安全等级保护的二级以上测评。
2、数据保护管理组织措施
我们建立了行业内先进的以数据为核心、围绕数据生命周期进行的数据安全管理体系,从组织建设、制度设计、人员管理及产品技术的维度提升个人信息的安全性。我们已经设置了个人信息保护专职部门。我们会举办安全和隐私保护培训课程,加强员工对于保护个人信息重要性的认识。
我们指定了专人负责儿童信息的保护,严格设定信息访问权限,对可能接触到儿童信息的工作人员采取最小够用授权原则,并采取技术措施对工作人员处理儿童信息的行为进行记录和管控,避免违法复制、下载儿童个人信息。
3、账户安全风险的防范
在使用FCM服务进行网上交易时,您不可避免地要向交易对方或潜在的交易对方披露自己的个人信息,如出行人姓名、联络方式或联系地址。此外,您也可以通过我们的服务与第三方建立沟通、交流信息或分享内容。请您妥善保护自己的个人信息,仅在必要的情形下向他人提供,不轻信通过其他交易工具进行交易,以免信息被窃取甚至遭遇电信网络诈骗。
如您担心自己的个人信息尤其是您的账户或密码发生泄露,请您立即联络FCM客服,以便我们根据您的申请采取相应措施。
4、个人信息安全事件的响应
如果我们的物理、技术或管理防护设施遭到破坏,导致信息被非授权访问、公开披露、篡改或毁坏,导致您的合法权益受损,我们会及时启动应急预案,采取合理必要的措施,尽可能降低对您个人的影响。如发生个人信息安全事件,我们还将按照法律法规的要求向您告知安全事件的基本情况和可能的影响、我们已采取或将要采取的处置措施、您可自主防范和降低风险的建议、对您的补救措施。我们将以邮件、信函、电话、推送通知方式告知您,难以逐一告知个人信息主体时,我们会采取合理、有效的方式发布公告。同时,我们还将按照监管部门要求,上报个人信息安全事件的处置情况。
五、您的权利
您可以通过以下方式访问和管理您的信息,我们会在符合法律法规要求的情形下响应您的请求:
(一)查阅、更正和补充
您有权查询、更正或补充您的信息:
1、登录FCM Mobile APP,点击个人账户设置后查询、更正个人资料及个人账户相关信息;
2、登录FCM网站并通过服务中心联系客服寻求帮助,协助您查询、更正或补充您的信息。
(二)删除
您可以通过“(一)查阅、更正和补充”中列明的方式删除您的部分信息或注销账户删除您的全部信息。
在以下情形中,您可以登录手机FCM客户端并选择“我的-我的客服-联系客服”向我们提出删除个人信息的请求:
1、如果我们处理个人信息的行为违反法律法规;
2、如果我们收集、使用您的个人信息,却未征得您的明确同意;
3、如果我们处理个人信息的行为严重违反了与您的约定;
4、如果我们的处理目的已实现、无法实现或者为实现处理目的不再必要;
5、如果我们永久不再为您提供产品或服务,或者保存期限已届满。
若我们决定响应您的删除请求,我们还将同时尽可能通知从我们处获得您的个人信息的主体,要求其及时删除,除非法律法规另有规定,或这些主体获得您的独立授权。
当您或我们协助您删除相关信息后,因为适用的法律要求或安全技术原因,我们可能无法立即从备份系统中删除相应的信息,我们将安全地存储您的个人信息并将其与任何进一步处理活动进行隔离,直至备份更新时可以清除这些信息或实现匿名。
(三)改变或撤回您授权同意的范围
您可以通过以下方式改变或者撤回您授权我们收集和处理您的个人信息的范围:在“我的-设置-隐私-系统权限管理”中管理App使用的系统权限授权。
对于您无法直接通过上述方式设置的授权,您可以通过登录手机FCM客户端并选择“我的-我的客服-联系客服”进行修改,但请注意,对于部分类型的个人信息,例如实现FCM平台基本功能所必须的信息或者我们履行法律法规规定的义务所必需的信息,我们可能无法响应您改变授权范围的请求。当您撤回授权后,我们将不再处理相应的个人信息。但您撤回授权的决定,不会影响我们此前基于您的授权而开展的个人信息处理。
(四)注销账户
您可以通过登录FCM网站并选择联系客服寻求帮助,协助您申请注销您的账户。在您主动注销账户之后,我们将停止为您提供产品或服务,根据适用法律的要求删除您的个人信息,或使其匿名化处理。
(五)约束信息系统自动决策
在某些业务功能中,我们可能仅依据算法在内的非人工自动决策机制做出决定。如果这些决定显著影响您的合法权益,您可以通过客服联系我们。
(六)对去世用户的个人信息保护
去世用户近亲属为了自身的合法、正当利益,可以通过本《个人信息保护政策》第八条“联系我们”中公示的联系方式对去世用户的相关个人信息行使查阅、复制、更正、删除等权利,但是去世用户生前另有安排的除外。
您理解并确认,为了充分保护去世用户的个人信息权益,申请行使本条权利的去世用户近亲属需要根据个人信息保护小组的指定流程或客服提示,提交去世用户的身份证明文件、死亡证明文件、申请人的身份证明文件、申请人与去世用户的亲属关系证明文件,并提供申请行使的权利种类、目的。
(七)响应您的上述请求
对于您或可能的您的监护人、近亲属及其他有权主体向我们提出上述请求,以及中华人民共和国法律与其他适用法律规定的您的相关个人信息权利,您可以通过FCM客服联系我们或直接向我们的个人信息保护专职部门发起投诉。我们将在15天内做出答复。
为保障安全,您可能需要提供书面请求,或以其他方式证明您的身份。我们可能会先要求您验证自己的身份,然后再处理您的请求。
我们将在15天内做出答复。如您不满意,还可以通过FCM客服发起投诉。
对于您合理的请求,我们原则上不收取费用,但对多次重复、超出合理限度的请求,我们将视情况收取一定费用。对于那些与您的身份不直接关联、无合理理由重复申请的信息、需要过多技术手段(例如,需要开发新系统或从根本上改变现行惯例)、给他人合法权益带来风险或者非常不切实际的请求,我们可能会予以拒绝。
六、未成年人保护
在电子商务活动中我们推定您具有相应的民事行为能力。如您为未成年人,我们要求您请您的父母或其他监护人仔细阅读本隐私权政策,并在征得您的父母或其他监护人同意的前提下使用我们的服务或向我们提供信息。
如果您是14周岁以下儿童的,在您使用我们的服务前,您和您的监护人应仔细阅读我们专门制定的《FCM儿童个人信息保护政策及监护人须知》,确保在取得监护人对《FCM儿童个人信息保护政策及监护人须知》的同意后,您才可在监护人的指导下使用我们的服务,确保您在使用我们的服务和进行交易时的安全。
若您是儿童的父母或其他监护人,请您关注您监护的儿童是否是在取得您的授权同意之后使用我们的服务的。如您对您所监护的儿童的个人信息有疑问,请通过第八节中的联系方式与我们联系。
七、政策的更新
我们的个人信息保护政策可能变更,我们会标注新版本的生效日期。
未经您明确同意,我们不会限制您按照本个人信息保护政策所应享有的权利。我们会在专门页面上发布对本政策所做的任何变更。对于重大变更,我们会提供更为显著的通知(包括我们会通过FCM公示的方式进行通知甚至向您提供站内信或弹窗提示)。
本政策所指的重大变更包括但不限于:
1、我们的服务模式发生重大变化。如处理个人信息的目的、处理的个人信息类型、个人信息的使用方式;
2、我们在控制权方面发生重大变化。如并购重组引起的所有者变更;
3、个人信息共享、转让或公开披露的主要对象发生变化;
4、您参与个人信息处理方面的权利及其行使方式发生重大变化;
5、我们负责处理个人信息安全的责任部门、联络方式及投诉渠道发生变化时;

设备信息:包括设备标识符(IMEI、IDFA、Android ID、MAC、OAID、IMSI及其他设备相关信息)、应用信息(应用崩溃信息、通知开关状态、应用安装列表及其他应用相关信息)、设备参数及系统信息(设备类型、设备型号、操作系统及硬件相关信息),设备网络环境信息(IP地址,WiFi信息,基站信息及其他网络相关信息)。以产品实际采集情况为准。
服务日志信息:包括浏览记录、点击查看记录、搜索查询记录、收藏、添加至购物车、交易、售后、关注分享信息、发布信息,以及IP地址、浏览器类型、电信运营商、使用语言、访问日期和时间。
去标识化:指个人信息经过处理,使其在不借助额外信息的情况下无法识别特定自然人的过程。

We will take appropriate security measures as required by applicable laws and do our utmost to ensure that your personal information is secure and controllable. For this purpose, FCM service provider (Flight Centre China International Travel Co., Ltd and its affiliated companies, or "we" hereinafter) has formulated this FCM Personal Information Protection Policy (hereinafter referred to as the “Policy” or the "Personal Information Protection Policy") in accordance with the provisions of relevant laws and regulations and the relevant provisions of the Service Agreement signed between your company and us to help you fully understand how we will collect, use, share, store and protect your personal information during your use of our products and services and how you can manage your personal information so that you can make appropriate choices in a better manner.
Before using FCM Mobile products or services, you must carefully read and thoroughly understand this Policy, especially the terms in underlined/in bold and underlined and be sure that you have fully understood and agreed to them. For the professional terms in the Policy, we try our best to explain to you in a concise and common way to facilitate your understanding. If you have any questions, comments, or suggestions regarding the Policy, you can contact us through FCM Customer Service (Beijing + 86 1058292929, Shanghai + 86 212211888, Guangzhou + 86 2081133900) or using the contact information at the end of the Policy.
Your consent to the Personal Information Protection Policy means that you have understood the functions provided by the application and the personal information necessary for the operation of the functions and have given authorization for relevant data collection and use, but it does not mean that you have separately agreed to activate additional functions or process unnecessary personal information. We will ask for your consent separately before activating additional functions, processing unnecessary personal information or sensitive personal data based on your actual use.

I. Scope of Application
This Policy applies to all products and services provided to you by FCM Mobile Platform service providers through website, clients, applets, and new forms emerging with the development of technology. If there is a separate privacy policy for the products or services that we and our Affiliates provide to you, such privacy policy shall apply to such products or services.
Except for the relevant information collection and use activities set forth in this Policy, the Policy does not apply to services provided by any content provider or other third party to you, and such services shall be subject to the privacy policy of the content provider or third party made available to you (for example, when you choose to become a content provider user or an independent third party user, the use of your personal information by such content provider or third party is subject to their own personal information protection policies or rules made available to you).
Ⅱ. Information Collection and Use
When you use our products and/or services, the scenarios in which we need/may need to collect and use your personal information and sensitive personal information (in bold and underlined) include:
1. To provide you with basic functions of our products and/or services, you need to authorize us to collect and use necessary information. If you refuse to provide foregoing necessary information, you cannot normally use our products and/or services .
2. To provide you with the extended functions of our products and/or services, you may choose to authorize us to collect and use the information. If you refuse to provide the foregoing information, you will be unable to use relevant extended functions or unable to realize the intended results of functions, but it will not affect your usage of basic functions of our products and/or services .
You understand and agree that we are committed to creating a variety of products and services to meet your needs. Considering that we provide a wide variety of products and services, and different users may opt for different products or service scopes, the basic/additional functions and the types and scope of personal information collected and used may differ accordingly and are subject to the specific product/service functions.
If you have any questions, comments, or suggestions during the process, you can contact us through various contact methods provided on FCM platform, and we will reply to you as soon as possible.
Scenarios in which we will provide you with specific functions include:
(1) Help you become our user.
i. Basic User Services
We provide you with basic FCM business travel user services through FCM special user accounts. To register as a user and access the user services, you need to provide your mobile phone number or email address to create an FCM business travel platform account. Since FCM business travel platform only provides business travel services to the registered users, you may not use our products if you do not register a user account.
ii. Additional User Services
Special User Rights and Interests: if you choose to provide health information and preferences related to your travel arrangements or required by relevant travel content providers (such as airlines and accommodation or travel providers), we will provide you with more personalized user services. Among them, your nickname and profile picture will be displayed publicly to ensure transaction identification.
Real Name Authentication: you need to provide us with corresponding identity information (ID card, passport) according to the authentication requirements to complete real person authentication.
(2) Provide you with display of product or service information.
In order to display the product or service information, including your access footprint and search history, we may collect and use your browsing and search history when you visit or use the FCM website or application. Combining the device information, service log information, and other information authorized by you, we may use an algorithm to predict your preference attributes and match the possibilities with products, services, or other information of interest, and sort the products, services, or other information shown to you based on your clicks, browsing, or purchases. To meet your diverse needs, we will introduce diversified recommendation techniques in the sorting process, expand the recommended content, and avoid excessive concentration of the same type of content. Meanwhile, such information will be provided to your company according to the Service Agreement. We may also push commercial advertisements and other information you may be interested in based on your preference attributes using FCM and other third-party applications or send you commercial short messages according to business needs.
Based on the above requirements, we suggest that you manage your privacy experience through the following measures:
i. If you want to delete your browsing and search history, you can choose to delete in "My - Browsing History" and "search box-Recent Searches".
ii. If you no longer wish to receive our promotional/marketing materials, participate in market research, or receive other types of information from us, you can unsubscribe from receiving electronic marketing materials by following the unsubscribe prompt in your email, SMS, MMS, iM or other forms of electronic marketing.
iii. If you do not wish to see the products or services we recommend to you on the home page, you can long press on the picture of the products or services to turn off the recommendation algorithm.
iv. If you want to manage the personalized content we push to you, you can update your setting in "My - Settings - Privacy".
To provide you with more convenient and personalized content, search, and push services, we will extract your preference attributes based on your device information and service log information on FCM website and application and produce indirect group portraits based on feature tags for displaying, pushing information and possible commercial advertisements.
(3) Help to place your booking and manage.
When you customize specific products and/or services on FCM platform, the system will generate the booking for the products and/or services you purchased. During the booking process, name and contact number will be require as contact. The booking will include products and/or services information you purchased, the specific booking reference, creation time, and the amount of purchase. That information is purpose to collect for the transaction completion, ensure transaction security, enable booking information inquiry, provide customer service and after-sales service, and for other purposes that we have clearly informed you of.
You may book products and/or services for others on FCM platform, on condition that you provide the aforementioned personal information of the actual purchaser. Where the booking of air tickets, train tickets, bus tickets, hotel rooms and other travel products or services for a child is involved, you must obtain the authorization and consent from the corresponding legal guardian of the child beforehand.
To help you learn about, inquire about, and manage the booking information, we will collect the booking information generated during your use of our services, which will be displayed to you and used to facilitate your booking management.
You may fill in or choose additional information, including other contact numbers and the time of receipt, to ensure the accurate delivery of products or services.
In addition, due to the particularity of travel products and services, you must further submit necessary information to complete the reservation. You will require to fill in necessary information or authorize us to complete the information input on behalf. At the meantime, please pay attention to the following matters in the booking process:
i. When you book a domestic flight (excluding flights to/from Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan), you should be required to provide the passenger’s name, ID document type, ID document number, name of contact person, mobile phone number and email address. When you book an international flight (including flights to/from Hong Kong, Macao, and Taiwan), you should be required to provide the passenger’s name, passenger type, gender, date of birth, nationality, document type, document validity period, document issuing country, phone number, email address, work unit, document number, total price, airline name, flight number, class, departure date and time, arrival date and time, departure airport, arrival airport, flight mileage. Such information will facilitate the ticket reservation, information notification and subsequent ticket refund and change services provided by FCM and FCM air ticket content provider in accordance with their respective responsibilities.
ii. When you book a train ticket, you need to provide the passenger’s name, type of travel document, ID document number, name of contact person and mobile phone number ; When you book an international train ticket, you need to provide the passenger's name, phone number, document type, work unit, document number, order number, ticket collection number, train number, seat, departure city, arrival city, departure date and time, arrival date and time, total price to facilitate authorized train ticket booking, information notification and subsequent ticket refund and change services provided by FCM and FCM train ticket content provider in accordance with their respective responsibilities. When you opt for real name authentication to "associate with 12306", you also need to provide 12306 username and password.
iii. When you book a domestic hotel (excluding hotels in Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan), you should at least provide the guest’s name and mobile phone number. When you book an international hotel (including hotels in Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan), you should at least provide the guest’s name, phone number, email address, passenger type, work unit, order date, order number, total price, order remarks, hotel check-in date, hotel departure date, hotel name, hotel address. Such information will facilitate the hotel reservation, information notification and subsequent refund and change services provided by FCM and FCM hotel content provider in accordance with their respective responsibilities. In addition, you need to provide credit card number, credit card validity, credit card verification code , to guarantee the reservation or payment in case some overseas hotels do not accept Alipay/WeChat Pay as payment methods.
iv. When you book the car service, you should at least provide the passenger's name, phone number, date and time of car use, end date and time of car use and rented car type to facilitate car service provided by FCM and FCM car rental content providers in accordance with their respective responsibilities.
v. When you use MICE (Meeting, Incentive, Conference and Exhibition) services, you may need to provide different types of information depending on different service types, including departure point, destination, meeting venue, travel/meeting date, number of travelers/participants, per capita/meeting budget, name of contact and his/her mobile phone number.
Where you are required to further provide necessary information to complete the product or service reservation shall be subject to the specific prompt or authorization in the reservation process. Please read the content carefully.
The traveler information, contact information and mailing address provided by you when you use the above services will be automatically saved as your frequently used information. You can also save the invoice information you have input as your frequently used information, so that you can directly retrieve the information when you make subsequent reservations. You can view and update the above information at any time by visiting "My" - "Frequent Passengers" / "Personal Information" on FCM Mobile App.
Please note that when you fill in the traveler or contact information, to minimize your trouble, FCM may provide a way to enter the information by taking a picture of the ID document based on business needs. If you choose to enter personal information this way, FCM will also obtain the document information of you or other travelers and/or contacts you provide.
If you reserve products or services for others through FCM, you need to provide the information of the actual traveler according to the prompt. Before providing FCM with the information of the actual traveler/passenger, you ensure that you have obtained his/her consent, and that he/she is aware of and accepts this Personal Information Protection Policy.
(4) Help you complete the payment.
To complete the payment, you need to choose the payment method on the order page. We will share your FCM Account username, the corresponding Alipay or WeChat account username, booking number, transaction time, transaction party, transaction product, booking transaction amount, booking status, device information related to transaction security and other necessary information required by anti-money laundering laws with Alipay or WeChat through the Alipay or WeChat Software Development Kit (SDK) embedded in the application. If you choose other financial institution to facilitate your payment, we will also share the necessary information required for bank card payment including your bank card number , the validity period, and the name of the account holder with the corresponding financial institution that you choose.
You can ask others to pay for you, then you need to provide the Alipay or WeChat account and/or mobile phone number of the payer.
To keep us updated about and be able to confirm your payment progress and status in a timely manner and to provide you with after-sales and dispute resolution services, you agree that we may collect information related to payment progress from the transaction party, Alipay or WeChat, or other payment institutions you choose.
You can check the information of Alipay or WeChat account bound to your FCM Platform account or apply for replacement of the bound Alipay or WeChat account.
(5) Help complete the delivery of products or services to you.
If the products or services you purchased on FCM Platform need to be mailed (such as invoices and tickets), in order to ensure smooth, safe and accurate delivery of your purchased products and/or services, we will disclose the booking related logistics information to SF Express Group Shanghai Express Co. Ltd., which provides logistics information system and technical services to FCM Platform, and it will synchronize the relevant logistics information to the corresponding logistics entities according to the designation of the product and/or service provider. You acknowledge and agree that the relevant logistics entities will inevitably learn about and use your logistics information for delivery purpose.
To keep us updated about and be able to confirm your delivery progress and status in a timely manner and to provide you with after-sales and dispute resolution services, you agree that we may collect information related to delivery progress from the logistics service provider.
(6) Customer Services and Dispute Resolution.
To ensure the security of your account and system, when you contact us or apply for resolution of a dispute arising during or after sales, we require that you provide us with the necessary personal information to verify your user identity .
We may keep records of your correspondence/calls with us and related content (including account information, booking information, other information you provided as evidence of relevant facts, or the contact information you provide) for the purpose of contacting you, helping you resolve the problem as quickly as possible, or documenting the solution and result of the case. In the event that you consult about, complain against, or make suggestions for a specific booking, we may use your account information and booking information accordingly.
We may also use your other information on a reasonable basis to provide the service and improve the quality of the service, including the information you provide in your contact with the customer service, and the information you offer in our questionnaires you participate in.
(7) Provide you with Security Guarantee.
In order to improve the security of your use of the services provided by us, our affiliated companies and partners, protect the personal and property safety of you or other users or the public from infringement, better prevent security risks such as phishing, fraud, network vulnerabilities, computer viruses, network attacks and network intrusion, and more accurately identify violations of laws and regulations or the relevant agreements and rules of FCM Platform, we embed application security SDKs developed by our affiliated company into our app to collect your device information and service log information, and may use or integrate your user information, transaction information, device information, relevant network logs, and other information obtained by our affiliated companies or partners that you authorize or share under the law (among which we may collect MAC address, IMEI and other device identifiers for risk verification during the background operation of the app), to comprehensively analyze the risk of your account and transactions, conduct identity verification, detection and prevention of security incidents, and take the necessary records, auditing, analysis and disposal measures in accordance with the law.
(8) Other Uses
i. Additional Services based on System Permissions
To provide you with more convenient, high-quality, and personalized products and/or services, and improve your user experience, we may collect and use your personal information when providing you with the following additional services. It will not affect your use of the basic services (except the necessary operating system permissions that the basic business functions depend on) on FCM Platform if you do not provide such information , but you may not be able to enjoy the user experience offered by these additional services. You can check the status of the above-mentioned permissions in your device settings or in "My - Settings – Privacy - System Permissions" on FCM client and decide to enable or disable these permissions at any time.

Please note that, by enabling any of the permissions, you authorize us to collect and use relevant personal information to provide you with the corresponding service. Once you revoke any of the permissions, it represents that you cancel the authorization, then we will no longer continue to collect and use relevant personal information based on the corresponding permission, nor will we be able to provide you with the corresponding service. However, your decision to revoke the permissions does not affect the collection and use of information that was previously done based on your authorization.
ii. How do we use cookies and similar technologies?
Cookies and similar device information identification technologies are commonly used technologies on the Internet. When you use our services, we may use related technologies to send one or more cookies or anonymous identifiers (hereinafter referred to as "Cookies") to your device to collect, identify and store information about your visit and use of this product. We promise that we will not use cookies for any purpose other than those specified in this Personal Information Protection Policy. We use cookies mainly to ensure the safe and efficient operation of products and services, allowing us to confirm the security status of your account and transactions, troubleshoot crashes and delays, and help you avoid repeating the steps of filling out forms and entering search content and process.
At the same time, we may use cookies to show you information or features that may be of interest to you and optimize your advertising choices. Most browsers provide users with the function of clearing the browser cache data. You can perform the corresponding data clearing operation, or you can modify the acceptance level of cookies or reject our cookies. You may not be able to use the services or corresponding functions that rely on cookies because of these modifications.
(9) Others
i. If the information you provide contains the personal information of other users, make sure that you have obtained legal authorization before providing such personal information to FCM Platform. If any personal information of a child is involved, you must obtain the consent of the child's legal guardian prior to posting the information. In such cases, the legal guardian has the right to request the correction or deletion of the child's personal information by contacting us through the channels described in Section VIII of this Policy.
ii. We will get your consent in advance if we use the information for other purposes not specified in this Policy, or use the information collected for specific purposes for other purposes, or we take the initiative to obtain your personal information from a third party.
iii. If we obtain your information indirectly from a third party, we will ask the third party in writing to collect your personal information after obtaining your consent in accordance with the law and inform you of the content of the shared information. In the case of sensitive information, the third party will be required to explicitly confirm your consent before providing the information to us and will be required to make a commitment to the legitimacy and compliance of the source of the personal information. If the third party violates the law, we will explicitly require the third party to bear the corresponding legal responsibility; at the same time, our professional security team will conduct security reinforcement of personal information (including sensitive information reporting, encrypted storage of sensitive information, and access control). We will protect the personal information we indirectly obtain with the means and measures that are in no event less stringent than those we use to protect the personal information of our users.
Please be aware that if we take technical and other measures necessary to process the personal information in a way that makes it impossible for the data recipient to re-identify a specific individual and cannot be recovered , or we may de-identify the information we collect for research, statistical analysis, and forecasting to improve the content and layout of FCM Platform, to support product or service decisions for business purposes, and to improve our products and services (including the use of anonymized data for machine learning or model algorithm training), the applicable law does not require that we must separately inform you of and obtain your consent to the use of the processed data .
iv. If we cease operating products or services on FCM Platform, we will stop collecting your personal information in a timely manner and notify you of the operation cease individually or through an announcement and delete or anonymize all personal information related to the ceased business that we hold. If any personal information of a child is involved, we will also inform the child's guardian of the cessation of operation in a timely manner.
Ⅲ. Providing Information to the External Parties
1. Sharing
We will not share your personal information with companies, organizations, or individuals other than the service providers on FCM Platform, except in the following circumstances:
(1) Sharing is necessary for the purpose of the conclusion and performance of the contract to which you are a party: When you purchase products and book services through FCM, we will share the necessary transaction-related information in your booking information with the travel content provider or the actual service provider of the relevant products and services according to your choice to fulfill your needs for purchasing products or booking services from them and prompt them to complete the follow-up after-sales service. You can check the information published in the business license or the electronic link identification of the business license on the main page of the relevant product and service provider engaged in business activities to identify your transaction partner.
(2) Sharing with explicit consent: After obtaining your explicit consent, we will share your personal information with other parties.
(3) Sharing under statutory circumstances: We may share your personal information with others in accordance with provisions of laws and regulations, litigation and dispute resolution needs, or legitimate demands of administrative and judicial authorities, as well as the necessity of performing other legal obligations.
(4) Sharing with affiliated companies: We may share your personal information with our affiliated companies and/or their designated travel content providers in order to provide you with products and services based on your FCM Account, to recommend information that may be of interest to you, to identify anomalies in user accounts, and to protect the personal and property safety of our affiliated companies, other users, or the general public from infringement. We will only share the necessary personal information and, subject to the purposes stated in this Policy, if we share your personal sensitive information or our affiliated companies change the purpose of use and processing of your personal information, we will ask for your authorization and consent again.
Please note that the information you share voluntarily or even publicly when using our services may involve your or others' personal information or even sensitive personal information. Please consider carefully before making a decision.

2. Entrusted Processing
We may entrust authorized partners to process your personal information in order to authorize partners to provide you with certain services or perform functions on our behalf. We will only entrust them to process your information for the legal, legitimate, necessary, specific, and clear purposes stated in this Policy. Authorized partners can only access the information they need to perform their duties , and we will require them not to use this information for any other purpose beyond the scope of entrustment. If you authorize a partner to use your information for purposes not entrusted by us, they will separately obtain your consent.
At present, our authorized partners include the following types:
(1) Suppliers, service providers and other partners. We entrust information to suppliers, service providers, and other partners who support our business. Such support includes offering technical infrastructure services, analyzing how our services are used, providing customer services, facilitating payments, or conducting academic research and surveys under our entrustment.
(2) Publishers, printers and distributors of marketing materials; event and exhibition organizers; marketing, market research, research analysis and communication institutions; postal companies, freight services, express services; external business advisors (such as lawyers, accountants, auditors and recruitment consultants).
(3) When you entrust us to book a flight on your behalf, we will provide your personal information (i.e., name, e-mail address and/or mobile phone number) to the relevant airlines so that the airlines can directly inform the passengers of abnormal flight and flight interruption (such as flight cancellation and schedule change).
In order to ensure the stable operation and function realization of our mobile application, so that you can use and enjoy more services and functions, our application will embed the software tool development kit (SDK) of authorized partners or other similar applications. We will conduct strict security inspections on the application program interface (API) and software tool development kit (SDK) for authorized partners to obtain relevant information, and agree strict data protection measures with authorized partners to comply with this Policy and any other relevant confidentiality and security measures to handle personal information, unless authorized partners obtain your consent separately.
For details of the third-party SDKs that our mobile application access, please refer to Appendix B.
3. Transfer
If we need to transfer personal information due to merger, division, dissolution or declaration of bankruptcy, we will inform you of the name or contact information of the recipient. The recipient shall continue to perform the obligations set forth in this Policy as well as other legal obligations. If the receiving party changes the original processing purpose or processing method, it shall re-obtain your personal consent.
4. Public Disclosure
We will publicly disclose your personal information only under the following circumstances:
(1) We may disclose your personal information publicly with your explicit consent or based on your active choice.
(2) If we determine that you have violated laws or regulations or seriously breached relevant agreements or rules of FCM Platform, or for the purpose of protecting the personal and property security of the users of FCM Platform and our affiliated companies or the public, we may disclose your personal information, including the relevant violations and the measures that we have taken against you, in accordance with laws and regulations or relevant agreements or rules of FCM Platform, with your consent.
Ⅳ. Storage of Information
1. Duration of Storage
We will retain your personal information only for the period necessary to achieve the purposes stated in this Policy, unless a longer retention period is compulsorily required by law. For example, the Electronic Commerce Law of the People's Republic of China requires that the commodity and service information and transaction information shall be retained for no less than three years from the date of completion of the transaction.
The main criteria for judging the storage period of personal information include:
(1) Achieving the purpose of a transaction associated with you, maintaining the corresponding transaction and business records, and responding to your possible queries or complaints.
(2) Guaranteeing the security and quality of our services provided to you.
(3) Whether you agree to a longer retention period.
(4) Whether there is any other special agreement or laws and regulations on the retention period.
After the expiration of the retention period of your personal information, we will delete or anonymize your personal information according to applicable laws.
2. Storage Location
The personal information collected and generated during our operations within the People's Republic of China will be stored in its territory. We will provide your personal information to possible overseas entities after fulfilling our legal obligations under the following circumstances:
(1) There are explicit provisions in applicable laws.
(2) Your explicit authorization has been obtained.
(3) It is necessary for the purpose of conducting cross-booking transactions (such as purchasing international air tickets, booking international hotels) and the conclusion and performance of the contract to which you are a party.
(4) We will provide your reports, analytics, and business intelligence dashboards of your travel activities to your employer, including business travel plans, as the part of the performance of services by the contracting party.
Under the above circumstances, we ensure that your personal information will be protected in accordance with this policy, relevant laws and regulations. At the same time, in accordance with the requirements of the applicable laws, regulations and national standards of the People's Republic of China, we will inform you in a reasonable manner about the name and the contact information of the overseas recipients, as well as the processing purpose, manner and type of your personal information. The overseas recipients that will offer the products or service to you. The manner and procedure of exercising your rights to the overseas recipients will also be provided by us. For example, when you are about to order the overseas products/services on the Platform, we will notify you of the above information in a prominent manner on the login page of the Platform through this Policy and the Consent Letter for Cross-border Transfer of Personal Information (the Consent Letter). In addition, if you are an employee of a corporate client, we will transfer your personal information to our overseas headquarters, for the purpose of generating a travel management report to fulfill your company's corporate travel management requirements. If necessary, we’ll obtain your individual consent for the provision of your personal information to overseas. We will generally inform you the specific information of the overseas recipient and the details for cross-border transfer of your personal information. We’ll inform you through this Policy and the Consent letter on the login page of the Platform. We are solely responsible for cross-border transfer activities of your personal information and will strictly follow the relevant laws and regulations. In the case of such cross-border transfers or accesses situation, we will process your personal information in accordance with this Policy, the Consent Letter and other relevant confidentiality and security measures.
3. Storage Security
(1) Technical Measures for Data Protection
We have taken reasonable and feasible security measures in compliance with industry standards to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, public disclosure, use, modification, damage, or loss. For example, data exchanged between your browser and server is encrypted and protected by SSL protocol; we also provide the secure HTTPS browsing mode for FCM website; we use encryption technology to improve the security of personal information; we use trusted protection mechanisms to prevent malicious attacks on personal information; we deploy access control mechanisms to ensure that only authorized personnel can access personal information. Our important information systems will be rated Level 2 or above in the evaluation of the classified protection of cybersecurity.
(2) Management and Organizational Measures for Data Protection
We have established an industry-advanced data security management system centered on data life cycle, which aims to enhance the security of personal information from the aspects of organizational construction, system design, personnel management, and product technology. We have set up a personal information protection department. We provide security and privacy protection training courses to enhance employees' awareness of personal information protection.
We have appointed special personnel to be responsible for the protection of children's personal information, strictly set information access permissions, applied the principle of least privilege to employees who may have access to children's personal information, and taken technical measures to record and manage the employees' processing actions to prevent illegal copying and downloading of children's personal information.
(3) Account Security Risk Prevention
When making an online transaction through the services on FCM Platform, you will inevitably disclose your personal information, such as the name, contact information or address of the traveler, to the counterparty or potential counterparty. In addition, you may also establish contacts, exchange information, or share some content through our services. Please protect your personal information properly and provide it to others only when necessary. Always stay skeptical of transactions through other transaction tools to prevent information theft or even telecommunications network fraud.
If you are concerned that your personal information, especially your account or password, has been leaked, please contact FCM customer service immediately, so that we can take corresponding measures according to your application.
(4) Response To Personal Information Security Incidents
If your legitimate rights and interests are damaged by unauthorized access, public disclosure, tampering, or destruction of information due to the destruction of our physical, technical or management protection facilities, we will activate the emergency response plan and take reasonable and necessary measures to reduce the impact on you as much as possible. In the event of a personal information security incident, we will, in accordance with the requirements of laws and regulations, inform you of the basic information and possible impact of the security incident, the measures we have taken or will take, suggestions for you to independently prevent and reduce risks, and remedial measures for you. We will inform you by mail, letter, telephone, notification. When it is difficult to inform the subjects of personal information one by one, we will publish an announcement in a reasonable and effective manner. At the same time, we will report the handling of the personal information security incident in accordance with the requirements of regulatory authorities.
Ⅴ. Your rights
You can access and manage your information in the following ways, and we will respond to your request in compliance with laws and regulations:
1. View, correct, or supplement your personal information.
You have the right to view, correct or supplement your information:
(1) Log in to FCM APP and click personal account settings to view and correct personal data and personal account related information.
(2) Visit FCM website and contact customer service through the service center to seek help for viewing, correcting, or supplementing your information.
2. Delete your personal information.
You may delete part of your information or cancel your account to delete all your information by means specified in "1. View, correct, and supplement your personal information".
You may request us to delete your personal information by logging in to FCM mobile client and selecting "My - My Customer Service - Contact Customer Service" if:
(1) we handle your personal information in violation of laws and regulations.
(2) we collect and use your personal information without your explicit consent.
(3) we handle your personal information in serious violation of the agreement with you.
(4) our processing purpose has been achieved, cannot be achieved or it is no longer necessary to achieve the processing purpose.
(5) we no longer provide you with products or services, or retention period has expired.
If we decide to respond to your request for deletion, we will use our best efforts to notify the subjects that have obtained your personal information from us to delete your personal information in a timely manner, unless otherwise provided by laws and regulations, or such subjects have separately obtained your authorization.
After you delete or we assist you to delete the information, we may not be able to immediately delete the relevant information from the backup system due to applicable laws and security technologies, and we will securely store your personal information and isolate it from any further processing until the backup can be deleted or anonymized.
3. Change or withdraw the scope of your authorization and consent.
You may change or withdraw the scope of your authorization for us to collect and process your personal information in the following ways: Manage APP system permission authorization in “My – Settings - Privacy - System Permission Management.
For the authorization that you cannot set directly through the above method, you can log in to FCM mobile client and select "My - My Customer Service - Contact Customer Service" to revise. Please note that for some types of personal information, such as the information necessary to realize the basic functions of FCM Platform or the information necessary for us to fulfill our obligations under laws and regulations, we may not be able to respond to your request to change the scope of authorization. When you withdraw your authorization, we will no longer process the corresponding personal information. However, your decision to withdraw your authorization will not affect the personal information previously processed under your authorization.
4. Cancel your account.
You can visit FCM website and choose Contact Customer Service to assist you in requesting cancellation of your account. After you voluntarily cancel your account, we will stop providing you with products or services, delete or anonymize your personal information as required by applicable law.
5. Bind Information System Automated Decision Making
In some business functions, we may make decisions based solely on non-manual automated decision-making mechanisms including algorithms. If these decisions significantly affect your legitimate rights and interests, you may contact us through customer service.
6. Protect personal information of deceased users.
The close relatives of a deceased user may exercise the rights of access, copy, correction, deletion, etc., to the relevant personal information of the deceased for their own legal and legitimate interests through the contact channels described in Section VIII "Contact Us" of this Policy, unless otherwise arranged by the deceased.
You understand and confirm that, in order to fully protect the personal information rights and interests of the deceased user, the close relatives of the deceased user applying to exercise such rights need to submit the identity documents and death certificate of the deceased user, identity documents of the applicant, and proof of kinship between the applicant and the deceased user according to the designated process of the personal information protection team or customer service prompt, and provide the types and purposes of the rights to be exercised.
7. Respond to your above requests.
For the above requests made to us by you or your possible guardians, close relatives and other authorized subjects, as well as your relevant personal information rights stipulated by the laws of the People's Republic of China and other applicable laws, you may contact us through FCM customer service or directly file a complaint with our personal information protection department. We will reply within 15 days.
To ensure security, you may need to provide a written request or otherwise prove your identity. We may ask you to verify your identity before processing your request.
We will reply within 15 days. If you are not satisfied with our reply, you can also initiate complaints through FCM customer service.
We do not charge fees for your reasonable requests in principle, but we will charge a certain cost as appropriate for repeated requests that exceed the reasonable limit. We may reject those requests that are not directly related to your identity, are repeated for no reason, require excessive technical means (for example, a new system needs to be developed or the current practice needs to be changed fundamentally), pose risks to the legitimate rights and interests of others, or are very unrealistic.
Ⅵ. Protection of minors
In e-commerce activities, we presume that you have the corresponding capacity for civil conduct. If you are a minor, you should request your parent or other guardian to carefully read this Policy, and you must not use our services or provide information to us without the consent of your parent or other guardian.
If you are a child under the age of 14, before you use our services, you and your guardian should carefully read the FCM Children’s Personal Information Protection Policy and Guardian’s Notice specially formulated by us, and make sure that you use our services under the guidance of your guardian only after obtaining your guardian’s consent to the FCM Children’s Personal Information Protection Policy and Guardian’s Notice to ensure your safety when using our services and conducting transactions.
If you are a child's parent or other guardian, please pay attention to whether the child under your guardianship uses our services after obtaining your authorization or consent. If you have any questions about the personal information of the child under your guardianship, please contact us through the contact information in Section VIII.
Ⅶ. Policy Update
Our Personal Information Protection Policy may change, and we will specify the effective date of the updated version.
We will not restrict your rights under this Policy without your explicit consent. We will publish changes to the Policy on a special page. For major changes, we will also provide more noticeable notifications (including announcements of FCM and even onsite messages or pop-up prompts).
Major changes referred to in this Policy include but are not limited to:
